Return Eligibility
To maintain strict hygiene and safety standards for all customers using nasal care products:
Unopened (factory sealed) items → Eligible for full refund
Opened but unused items (no liquid use, no activation) → Eligible for partial refund or store credit
Used or activated devices (liquid used or device tested) → Only eligible for refund or replacement if defective or damaged upon arrival
All returned items must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and be in resalable condition.

Because VERIXYLE® is a personal nasal care device designed for daily hygiene use, strict hygiene standards apply.
For safety reasons, any item that has been used or has come into liquid contact cannot be restocked or resold.

European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
